- Information you give us: when you fill in a form on this site (partnership application, contact form or careers application) we collect what you enter, such as your name, email, phone number, company, website, budget range, role, country, portfolio link and CV.
- Information collected automatically: basic technical data such as browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location, collected through our hosting provider and any analytics tools we use.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, assess fit and schedule calls.
- To deliver and manage services you sign up for.
- To review job applications.
- To send occasional updates if you asked to hear from us. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To keep our website secure and improve how it works.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting and form processing (Netlify), scheduling (Calendly), email and productivity tools. They may only use it to provide services to us. We may also share information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and application data for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards, normally no more than 24 months, unless we have an ongoing relationship with you or the law requires longer.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the use of your personal information. To make a request, email hello@corealmedia.com and we will respond within 30 days.
